All of our staff are given on site training, with each employee being issued with a contract of employment and written work schedule.
Staff will be issued uniform / protective clothing and will be trained in “Health 7 Safety” matters.

Alan & Alison Grim are the founders of A & A Cleaning Ltd with a combined experience of fifty five years in the commercial cleaning industry:

Alan Grim:

Forty YEARS experience in the cleaning industry, starting out as a part time clean with a small Leicester based company and over a period of twenty years progressed to the position of Operations Director. I then became self-employed as a consultancy/director for a consortium of cleaning contractors, and the biggest franchise cleaning company in the world, as their corporate development manage. Experience in retail, (Sainsburys, Tesco, B & Q) and a multitude of nightclubs, offices, initial and deep cleans.

In the year 2000 my wife and I took the next step and developed A & A cleaning Ltd. Fourteen years later A & A cleaning is now a very well established and reputable business.

Alison Grim:

Sixteen years experience in the cleaning industry, learning the business through franchising and as an operations manager for two well established cleaning companies, MITIE and S & B cleaning. I set up operations for Iceland daily cleaning (Manchester and Scotland), and deep cleans countrywide. I also have experience in cleaning management for retail and office cleaning.
